BlackJack

BlackJack, also known as twenty-one, is the most widely played casino banking game in the world. BlackJack is a comparing card game between a player and dealer, meaning players compete against the dealer but not against other players.

How To Win

The objective of BlackJack is to achieve a higher card count than the dealer, but without going over 21.

Instructions and Bet Options:

After the players have placed their bet, the dealer will deal 1 card to each player (card is dealt face up)

Dealer will give first face up card for herself

Dealer will give second card to each player

Dealer will give second face down card to herself (facedown card also called the 'hole card.'

Play begins with the seat no. 1 player to choose the related action until the player request to stop. Then the dealer will ask for the next player to do similar action and so on. Following are the choices available to the player:

Insurance: Insurance offered when dealer shows an Ace. The amount of insurance is equal to one half of main bet.

1. If the dealer has BlackJack, the player will get paid for insurance bet.

2. If the dealer does not have BlackJack, the player will lose all the insurance bet.

3. If the player splits his cards into two individual hands: either join bet or side bet, the player can choose not to buy insurance or just buy a single hand insurance.

Hit: Player based on the current hand to decide whether to draw another card or stand, the dealer will give one face up card to the player (and more if he wishes). If this card Page 4 / 8 causes the player’s total points to exceed 21 (known as bust) then he loses. And dealer will NOT give another card.

Stand: Take no more cards.

Double: Player doubles his bet and gets one and only one more card to immediately decide if he win or loses.

Split:

Split: If your initial hand is a pair of cards of equal value, you can decide to Split the pair to make two separate hands, each with a separate bet equal to your main bet.

1. After selecting Split, the dealer will start to deal 1 card from player's left hand then the dealer will deal another card to the player's right hand.

2. Then the dealer will ask the player wants to hit or stand of the left hand. (Player's left hand as the first hand cards)

3. After completing the first hand, the dealer will continue to ask if the player's right hand (second hand) will hit or stand.

4. No Double after Split.

5. If you split an initial pair of Aces, you will receive only one additional card per hand with no option to hit.

6. After Split, the dealer will deal cards and only one Split is allowed.

7. Only seated players are allowed to select Split or no Split .

8. If you split and one of the hands got Ace and the other got 10, it will count as 21 resulting from a split pair.

When all players have taken their turn, the dealer reveals the value of her facedown card. The dealer must hit on a hand of 16 or less and must stand on a hand of soft 17 or more

If the dealer goes over 21 points, then any player who didn’t already bust will win.

If the player and dealer card value are the same, the final result will be counted as a Tie.

Once every player completed his turn, dealer will start to collect the player's card from seat no. 1. And the game will start again.

*Remark: during the decision period, if the player's hand is not bust and he didn't select any action, the dealer will consider the player has selected Stand.

Game Play

BlackJack is played with 8 standard 52 cards, for a total of 416 card cards. The card values are as follows:
2 to 10 is the same as their face value.
Face cards (kings, queens, and jacks) are counted as ten points.
A player and the dealer can count an ace as 1 point or 11 points.

Game Rules:

1. Played with 8 decks.

2. Dealer always stands on 17.

3. Double on any 2 initial cards.

4. Split initial cards of equal value.

5. Only one Split per hand.

6. Single card to each Split Ace.

7. No Double after Split.

8. Insurance offered when dealer shows an Ace.

9. BlackJack pays 3 to 2.

10. Insurance pays 2 to 1.

11. Push game when hands tie.


1. Card Value:

10, J, Q, K count as 10 points


2 to 9 count as 2 points to 9 points according to card's value


Ace counts as either 1 points or 11 points


Ranking of Hands:

BlackJack

The first two cards make up 21 points is called BlackJack.

21 points

More than 2 cards combined with total 21 points or after a split are counted as non-BlackJack 21 when comparing against the dealer' hand.

Any total point

If dealer does not bust, each remaining bet wins if its hand is higher than the dealer's, and loses if it is lower.

Push

If the value of your hand is the same as the dealer's, the game round ends in a push and your bet is returned.

Bust

If the hand value exceeds 21 points, its busts and all bets on it are immediately forfeited.


Payout & Bet Options:

Side Bet

If your initial hand is a pair of cards of equal value, you can decide to Split the pair to make two separate hands, each with a separate bet equal to your main bet.
1. Allow all main or non-seated player to bet on a hand dealt to another player.
2. Side bet players are allowed place a bet in any activated side bet spot while betting is open.
3. Main player cannot place a side bet on your own hand.
4. If you placed a side bet, and the player at that seat decides not to participate in the round, side bet player’s bet will be refunded immediately

5. If the main player split, and side bet player does not have enough balance to place bets on both hands, then the first hand will count as the main bet for the side player.
6. The dialogue box shown below appears before your place your first bet on side bet. Use it to specify preferences regarding when to double or split.

Notes

  1. All players must place their bet to bet on perfect pairs and 21+3 other bet options.
  2. The repeat bet function is only valid on the bet, the perfect pair and the 21+3 but not for sidebet.
  3. If all the players in the game results to Bust or BlackJack, then the dealer will reveal all her cards and end the game, no matter whether the dealer reached 17 points or not.
  4. Minimum and maximum bets are based on table limits. Player can place bets within the combined range of the table's playtype bet limit and the player's personal bet limit. If you would like to adjust your personal bet limits,please contact customer services.
  5. When cards are being dealt by the dealer and the system is unable to read the card, the dealer will scan the card again until the system has read the card (if the system is still unable to read the card, the current round will be cancelled and all bets will be returned).
  6. In case of incorrect settlement, settlements will be re-settled based on current video result.
  7. In the event of network failure preventing the completion of a game, the game will be cancelled and all bets returned. (If the network failure happens after the player got BlackJack, the system will still be based on odd 2:3 to pay for the player)
